Lisa Saldana is a Senior Research Scientist at Chestnut Health Systems-Lighthouse Institute and the primary developer of the Stages of Implementation Completion (SIC) and the Cost of Implementing New Strategies (COINS), two standardized and widely adopted measures of implementation strategies. She is the PI on a NIDA R01, an NIH HEAL U grant, 2 NIDA subawards and a NIDA COVID supplement, and is involved in multiple NIH grants, including 3 JCOIN projects. Saldana is at the forefront of advanced implementation research in methodological rigor and in precision implementation.
